For our Members:

The Surfland neighborhood is a small collection of homes between Highway 101 and the Pacific Ocean, about two miles south of Newport, Oregon.

The neighborhood consists of about 120 homes and a private, deeded beach access park. Our streets are pedestrian-friendly.

Homeowners are members of the Surfland Residents Association are bound by a set of CC&R's. Please contact the Association prior to beginning any project, if you are planning on building or any outside remodeling.  This includes fences and storage structures.

Permission by the Association is required in order to remove trees.

For our guests:

Welcome!

Take a walk around the neighborhood or on the beach.  Spend some time at our park.  But please remember, whether you are visiting friends or renting for a vacation, this is a residential community.

Drive thougtfully. Limit your noise after 10:00 pm.  Do not set off fireworks.  Be aware at all times of fire danger in a wooded environment.   Please don't litter and do clean up after your dog. It's important to remember that leash laws do apply here in Surfland.

Thank you!
